Eva and Kelly first connected at a local tennis match — not as players, but as two experienced professionals who quickly discovered a shared passion: reimagining how we equip youth for a rapidly evolving future.
They both saw the same gap — traditional education wasn’t keeping pace with the skills today’s youth need to lead, create, and thrive. Hatchloom was born out of a shared belief that entrepreneurial thinking shouldn't wait until adulthood. Young people are ready to start now — they just need the right tools and environment.
Eva brings years of experience in corporate strategy within the energy sector, where she specialized in solving complex problems, guiding long-term planning, and identifying innovative pathways to growth. Her strategic mindset and ability to connect big-picture thinking with real-world action are central to how Hatchloom helps young people think — and plan — like future leaders.
Kelly is a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background in launching and scaling businesses across land development, construction, and consumer packaged goods. With a hands-on understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a viable company, she brings real-world experience to the Hatchloom classroom — and a deep commitment to making entrepreneurship accessible to the next generation.
